We sent our trade in back on March 10, 2024. I called and was told by the Verizon rep that they received the phone but it was being evaluated. Now in May, I am being billed back the credit we were given. The tracking # is coming up invalid. This seems like a pattern with Verizon from what I am reading and hearing. I have been on chat 3 times and keep getting disconnected or the chat bot isn't understanding the problem I have. I called their 800# twice and got hung up on. Verizon is the the hardest company to do business with of any company I deal with. I am at a loss and beyond frustrated with Verizon .
