I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max, and I often visit Reading, Pennsylvania. There’s a specific area that considered more wooded , and because it’s on a mountain ( close to the famous pagoda), I get hardly any service, or will plainly say SOS. My friends and family get better service than I do regardless if they live in the city, or not. If I’m promised that I get 5G everywhere, and pay for that and it’s shown in one specific area that I don’t why should I continue my service? The zip code is 19606. Again, I understand it’s a wooded area, but the fact I see my family and friends enjoying more service than I do, then I get a bit peeved. It makes no sense! How can we rectify this situation?
