Going on the third day of dealing with so call experts, I say this because every time I get disconnected I have to go through the process of explaining everything all over, for them to tell me they have to transfer me to tech support of something like that. And it’s the same line I will do everything to get it working. Guess watch not working. Now they have managed to really keep me from using any of their jet pack to connect to the internet. I need my jet pack for my job I travel and use it to connect my system to function. Instead of just sending a new jet pack they send a useless one and manage to disconnect the one that was working. Any ideas?
