Verizon renewing my contract for 2 years without my authorization

I have read several posts about this, I'm trying to cancel my service after 6 years and the costumer service person is telling me that in my bill (NOT THE CONTRACT) it says that they are auto renewing my contract for 2 years. I never agreed to this, I was never informed.

I have the same issue, I have Fios for 6 years and now they are telling me that in my bill (NOT A CONTRACT) it says that there are going to auto renew for another 2 years. I never agreed to that. This must be illegal
