Request Assistance with Service

Hello,

I've been having issues with my network coverage since I moved into my house 11 years ago. I live in a suburb of Cincinnati, Ohio and coverage is specified on map as highest coverage. It unfortunately is nowhere near that.

I work from home and have had great internet for work, and currently using fiber. I've purchased 2 network extenders since 2013 and the last one hasn't worked since I got a new iphone a couple years ago. I've utilized WiFi calling but is not working well.

I've consistently experienced poor cellular reception at home (over 11 years), typically only having 1-2 bars at best. Despite investing in two extenders at my own expense, the coverage remains subpar. Given Verizon's reputation for providing top-notch coverage, I'm looking to have one provided by Verizon.

Hello, purdybm, we know how important it is to have reliable coverage, especially at home. As far as your cellular service, are you having trouble only at your home? If so, does this happen both indoors and out? You mentioned you are also having trouble with one of your Network Extenders. Can you provide additional detail as to what is not working?
