In late April I signed up for service under the free 65in Amazon tv. I was very clear with the rep and they even sent an itemized list back. Now after the 30 days I never recieved and email, and after contacting customer service they tell me someone applied the promo wrong or applied the wrong promo. Every rep I spoke to had to be filled in again and again with the promise of expedited escalation. Now today they again tell me they'll expedite and escalation but it will take 5-7 days and another 4-6 weeks to fullfill the promotion! I'm pretty sure paying for services not rendered is false advertising and I should file a complaint with a consumer protection agency
