If you have a Samsung TV HDR Models and your tv is flickering, go into the Fios tv box settings and turn off HDR the flickering will go away…
I found out this myself cause Verizon tech support switched my Tv boxes 5 times and were telling me my cables had issues but the issue I fixed it myself with the up above setting configuration.
