Someone please help me.
I signed up for the promo that was add a line and buy a iPhone 15, get a free 65” Amazon TV.
Yesterday it was delivered. I work from home so I was here and the UPS driver left it right in my living room. I was so excited for our new tv.
Then this morning I open the tv get it out the box and set up and plug it in and the screen is completely busted. I was so disappointed.
I have contacted Amazon three separate times today to no avail. They offered that I could return it for 0.00 dollars and I cannot replace it because it was purchased with the promotional credit. Basically that I am out of luck. I have contacted Verizon also and been transferred multiple times and basically got no solution besides wait 5 days for someone to reach out.
please someone help. I feel so jipped bcuz I also had the option to just get a free iPhone 15 without the tv but I chose to pay monthly so I could have a new tv
