Spotty coverage Phoenix AZ area

For many months there is no service or more spotty . Why the change? Are they changing towers ? Would a new phone even help? Mine is iPhone 11 which isn’t ancient. Co workers have same problem Peoria AZ . I’m considering changing carriers for business and personal.

If others are having the same service problems in your area while on Verizon, it's not your phone. No service at all is a safety risk in these days of everyone relying on cell phones, so I'd ask around to find out who works better and switch to them. Dead zones can happen anywhere and there are assorted reasons.

Service stopped working at 79th + Cactus area in Peoria about 6 months ago. I have wasted over 8 hours in total through chat, calls, troubleshooting, LTE extender... We can see the tower, service is dead for half a mile, all the other providers work. Verizon refuses under any circumstances to send a tech to inspect the tower. Change providers, Verizon doesn't care.
