Fios WiFi connected STB has internet signal but NO TV signal

Question

The STB shows two steady (not blinking) lights side by side, one on the left is yellow, the one on the right green, a steady yellow light on the left side and a steady green light on the right side. The TV will respond to the internet through the source command. The television signal will NOT respond to the source command or even the menu button on the remote. Tried rebooting by unplugging the STB but, still does not work. 2 other STB's in the house work, one wireless (only yellow light is on and stays on), and the main STB with coaxial cable connection works  and only has a steady yellow light indicating. Any suggestions or recommendations for a fix?

What boxes are you using and do you have TV on any of the boxes? Did you check your internet speed? Did you try unplugging power to the router for a couple of minutes? Did you check all the coax connections by un-screwing them and re-attaching them?
