Looking for some assistance with a Inseego M310 MiFi jetpack. We recently got this unit to replace a much older USB data modem. The new unit has performed very poorly. We have multiple data dropouts with the new unit. Using the older Cell USB stick, we have reliable service. The two units are in the same physical location when we have made the comparison. Consistently the M3100 provides spotty service. The older USB stick that is 10+ years old works without issue. We have tried this in several locations around our town, and have always had the same result. Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome! TIA!
