I have paid off the device. I want to get out of this monthly line I have a just do a prepaid plan. I need help with this. What do I need to do? I want to do prepaid plans like you can buy it from the store

Joe is correct, if you want to convert your postpaid line to prepaid, call Inside Sales at 800-256-4646. Make sure you don't have any outstanding contractual obligations with your postpaid account or you'll get surprise billed for early termination fees or some such.
