Everytime I try to unlock a presale ticket for my Verizon up it keeps telling me to try back later. Anyone having this issue?
Hey there, Serenity2024, we know it's important to be able to take advantage of yoru Verizon Up offers! At what point are you seeing this error? Is this happening both in the My Verizon app in addition to My Verizon online?

I’ve had that happen a few times too! It can be so frustrating when you’re trying to get presale tickets and it keeps telling you to try again later. I found that sometimes it helps to clear your browser cache or try a different browser.
