I am unable to get the First Responder discount that I was promised when I signed up for Fios in January 2022. Was reminded of it recently when switching phone service. I have spent 4 hours on the phone with customer service. I cannot get past the id.me page. This is an issue on Verizon’s end and known to be a problem. This is a lot of money that I have spent without the promised discount and I would like to stop getting the run around and have this resolved by someone.
