Hello, I've had Fios since 2008 in my neighborhood. I have been trying for sometime to get Fios TV+. Evidently my neighborhood has not been upgraded to allow me to get Fios TV+, Mix & Match or digital Phone service. Because I'm stuck in my old Triple Play plan, i'm unable to take advantage of a lot of promotions and discounts.
I have called customer service many times and they have put trouble tickets in with the promise of someone contacting me regarding this, which no one has. Does anyone in the community know who to contact so someone can look into this issue? Thank you.
