I’ve been trying to add the first responder discount to my account for months. First the orders went through and gave me an order number but on the Verizon side nothing came through, now I’m getting a message saying “thank you for your service, but we are unable to verify your eligibility” I’m verified on ID.ME, I’ve spoken to many agents and supervisors all who are unwilling and unable to assist me. They keep saying it’s a problem on my end, yet so many people are having issues and they do nothing to rectify this issue. Verizon customer service is the absolute worst I’ve ever dealt with, they could care less about the customer or care less if you cancel service. I’ve had already 3 tickets put in and told they will reach back out to me and have not received a single phone call back. I’m close to canceling and giving my business elsewhere.
