iPhone continuously going to SOS or no bars. My husband has same phone and same service , no problems

This has been happening for months and ready to change providers.
my phone will randomly move to SOS in some areas. Sometimes I will take 2 steps and it will show 4 bars and then go back to 0.
I used to be able to switch to airplane mode and back again. This would work for a few minutes. However that does nothing anymore.
my husband and friends with same iPhone 13 Pro and VERIZON service will stand next to me in a spot and have 3 or 4 bars when I have none.
I have gone through steps with customer service to reset my phone and network settings. It didn’t work.

If your husband with the same phone and same Verizon service has no problems in the same location, it's not a carrier issue. I'd contact Apple Support about it. Possibly your antenna is failing, but could be something else in the hardware. Did you drop your phone or something else happened which could have damaged it?
