Poor cell service in Hyannis

I’ve had terrible cell service at my home for years (probably since cell phones started) in Hyannis with no improvement. More recently the whole area of Hyannis is horribly spotty. Most recent problem is the area around the bridge specifically traveling north to south on RT6. I’ve complained and most people I know have complained and it’s only getting worse. When will Verizon spend the time and money to figure out what is going on with service on Cape Cod?
