I am having the same issue as joelle1059, who left a detailed post. I called customer service at Verizon and chatted with them several times. They said to go to UPS in person and file a claim. UPS said that Verizon must file the claim because the package is registered as being from them. However, when I spoke with Verizon customer service, they said they could not file the claim.
UPS was able to tell me that the system says the phone is "in route" and currently sitting in a Jacksonville UPS center. I wish I could get some answers. I did everything the way I was supposed to and now I am having to pay for the full price of this expensive Samsung Note 24 Ultra.
Please help!
