After adding a new line to my account, I was mailed a $200 giftcard with the new cell phone. Tried to pay the bill with the brand new gift card but it says it’s invalid with every attempt. Spent over 4 hours on the phone with 2 different phone calls and each time I was promised to receive an email with a digital giftcard in a few business days. Very frustrating that I received any email either time I’ve called.
