Hi, I chose the $400 Home Depot gift card reward option as a new customer for Fios Internet but after checking the eligible items nothing suits my need and would like to change to getting a nintendo switch option. I contacted live support and guided me to reward department but the representative on the phone said she is unable to help on this. Please advise!!!
