Phone only works on wifi

I've been on Verizon for a few months ans suddenly my phone only works when connected to wifi. I pay $187 a month for a phone that doesn't work if I leave the house. RIDICULOUS. Of course nothings wrong and it's just "no coverage" Should have never left Sprint.

I am having the same issue. My phone worked fine until yesterday ... never had any issue getting or recieving calls. Now I can only make calls or get text if I am connected to wifi. VERIZON , made it seem like if I upgraded I would get faster and better coverage. I did NOT. It was worse. I have been asked to reset my phone 10 times. I was told to use an esim... tried that , nothing. I am tired

Sorry to hear your phone "quit". What's the make/model of your phone? If it's a Samsung S22, that generation has a known hardware issue where the charging port board and flex antenna go out, causing the phone to not work at all unless it's on WiFi.
