I added a second line of service on my plan and added the amazon tv to go with it and claimed it would be a free tv and have never received any email regarding it and now I can't find any information on this perk anymore. all Verizon does is give their customers the run around. anyone else have the same problem??
Will be switching over service soon as this is ridiculous.
