Feedback on Verizon Community

Feedback on this Community Forum as a whole:

Often when I post or comment on someone else's post, I get the standard "We're here to help" comment from the Verizon community staff...but they never actually help or do anything. I have yet to actually receive any help.

To sum up my feedback...Verizon and its employees should not look at this site as a place for people to chat about how great their service is. They should view this site as an additional way for customers to get help with the many, many, many issues and problems that come with being a Verizon customer.

The community is meant to be a peer to peer forum. If a VZ community support rep replies, the discussion may or may not move to the private messaging side of this community especially if any account or personal information has to be shared to solve the issue.
