I got an e-mail saying I'm eligible for a Nintendo Switch or a $200 Home Depot Gift Card. I'd supposed to be under "Make the Most of Your Plans" and then a button called "Home Offers" but there's no such button?

I’m having this exact same issue. I tried going to the store where I made the purchase and they were no help at all. I also tried the customer service chat feature and didn’t get any help there either.
