Have not received protional credit on two new phones

Transferred three phone numbers to new account on Verizon in February 24. .
I never got the promotional discounts when I switched to Verizon. I traded in two phones and got an S24 ultra and a a new IPhone on two of our three lines. We were supposed to get promotional credits and you haven't anything yet. Have been trying to get answers all morning long. Occasionally receive nonsensical responses from Verizon that are probably AI-bot customer support. Just want what was promised. How can I get it without taking a day off to to a Verizon store?
