I recently upgraded the device software to 5.0.0.328 and now my voice dialing is all whacked out. I will function properly maybe 1 out of 10 tries, but usually will get stuck at "initialing" and go nowhere or it will "say a command" and ignore my response. Very bad situation especially with CA law requiring hand-free cell talk. I took it to the local Verizon store which they gave me a new (reconditioned) phone, but it has the same problem. This problem just started with new 5.0 software. Anyone else having the same problem and any resolutions.
