My STB won't power off unless I manually disconnect it. It has been displaying "unable to find network connection" and will go no further when I try the online troubleshooting/reboot. This is a box I've had for years and I've done nothing to the cables.
When I go into the chat, I get a message that there is a problem with television and engineers are working on issue. Expected fix is usually the next day. I've been at this for a week and keep getting that same screen. Is it possible this is a failed connector on the box or a cable needed to be replaced? I only have the one STB but do have multiple drops in the house that are not connected. Suggestions on what to try?
