I purchased a new phone about a week ago and was told over live chat that I was eligible for a $200 gift card promotion for purchasing when I did. I have yet to receive a promotion code in app, how do I go about redeeming?

Was this for a new account, upgrade or an added line on an existing account? It was not clarified what kind of gift card, I just assumed it would be a Verizon gift card. It was an upgrade on an existing line.
It was a singular phone purchase.
Thank you for those additional details. I do not see any promotions with a $200 Gift Card for an upgrade, only for New Lines. How was the promotion presented? Was this by email?

It was a promotion that popped up while I was in the process of ordering the phone on the site, something along the line of “make this purchase now and get this promotion deal.”
I spoke with someone through live chat during this process who then told me that I would receive further instruction in-app after purchase. Of course they weren’t able to provide me with any kind of verification.

I was having the same issue. I found the info and submitted it on the Notifications page of My Verizon account. Just follow the instructions from there and it is fairly easy. The 6–8-week delivery time is a bit annoying. But otherwise. It went smoothly after i located the correct page. Hope this helps people out.

I would greatly appreciate help with my promo code as well. I bought a iPhone 16pro 1/1/25 and I was givin the prompt for the gift card but I have not received any notification or anything to redeem this gift card.
Here is the solution that worked for me today.
1. Go to https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/2. Enter promo code cartoffer2024 and the order date, click continue3. Enter your email address (twice), click send, and follow the rest of the stepsAt the end, Verizon will provide a tracking number for checking the status here: https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/track/

Hello, I am also having the same issue where I had placed the $200 gift card in my basket after reading, and have not yet seen it come through, and no evidence of it in my order history.

I am having the same issue. Applied the $200 gift card upon checkout. It’s the reason I went forward with the order. I screenshot the message that said to go to My Verizon to redeem and there is no info there. Seems shady.
