Setting limits

Question

We only want our kids to have access to social media for 2 hours day.  They each use it at different times so setting up a schedule to shut off the internet with Verizon smart family won’t work.  We would like it to block their access to social media when their limit has been met.  Any suggestions?

I am assuming you have an iPhone since this thread is in the Apple forum.  I've heard about parental controls where you can block app downloads as an example on your child's phone which is not run through Smart Family, so there are probably means to passcode set screen time allowed or app usage limits.  Recommend doing an internet search to see what comes up.
