Service outage in Scottsdale AZ?

Is verizon having any service outages in Scottsdale Arizona the past day or two?

For some reason my latency is higher that usual and my network analyzer app on my phone isn't acting normal, I'm not getting my dns latency values I would normally get from the app and my latency is just higher. Could something be going on? Also in my analyzer app when I'm live tracking my latency the graph background is red ive never seen that before, the app I'm using is called wifiman.

Any help would be great!

So after a little while it went back to normal, a couple days, but now it's doing it again! My latency is much higher than normal when it was just fine the other day! What's going on?!
