My name is JD since day one of me getting service with Verizon. When I talk to them they said I would have service I live roughly a mile and a half to 2 miles from downtown Fort Worth Texas. My service has not been what I was promised I would have I paid for one of the premium plans, but for me to have service where I live I have to have it connected to Wi-Fi which means I have to have Internet for my phone. My service that I pay them for work I talked to a tier 2 rep. I’ve been talking to him for a minute, but I talked to one yesterday and they flat out misguided me come to find out. I’m in like a little dead zone where I’m at and she told me I could take my phone and go to a different provider and that Verizon would send me a bill and I said well that doesn’t sound right when she goes. They’ll do that to find out they don’t, but I don’t understand why I have to pay Verizon for a plan that does not work where I live and they could’ve told me I was in this dead zone back on day one but they didn’t do that and I have had a runaround since that time
