Set top box problem, flashing lights cycle

Hiya, I am having a problem with my set top box. The lights on the front cycle through two simultaneous white lights flashing for a few seconds, stop, then have simultaneous red and green lights go for a while, then both lights are green and eventually the whole cycle would repeat and the box never shows anything on the screen. I have tried every rest to both the box and my router and nothing helps. My internet is still working fine though. Any suggestions or is this bricked??

Assuming you have a Fios One box, not a stream box, this is a chart of the lights:

If you don't see anything on the chart, the box could be defective.
