I am verizon Fios customer. I am trying to purchase `Buy Peacock, get Netflix. On Us.` offer and keep getting 1We encountered an error while processing your request.`when i enter my payment information.

I did chat with verizon agent over live chat and was told by one of them to buy +play subscription and then i will be able to purchase this offer. I went ahead and did that but the error is still there.

Any help or pointers on how to resolve this?
