I have not been able to redeem my nfl Sunday ticket after being told that I would get a email in ten days.
Still no email.
I call customer support every day.
I'm on hold with them now as a matter of fact.
They refuse to honor the agreement. I actually have never met anyone who has successfully redeemed this promotion.
I have been to the store, spent countless hours on the phone. even tech support is in shock that I have not received it. They can't do anything except escalate the ticket and after doing so ten + times I assume it's escalated to it's maximum height...
I'm so upset. It reflects that I'm eligible.
It shows up on my account but I only get a error code when I go to redeem .
I will never give up.
I'll be here posting and calling and visiting the store daily.

I moved to Verizon from T-Mobile last month specifically to take advantage of this promotion. I did everything I was supposed to do but Verizon has failed me at every turn so far. I missed the first week of the NFL because of their ineptitude.
After spending an hour at the local Verizon store (who couldn't help me) and another hour on the phone with Verizon customer service, I STILL have not yet received an activation email or activation notification in the Verizon app. I was told a "ticket" had been created and "escalated". That was almost a week ago.
The customer care agent promised a call back yesterday at 4:00 PM with an update on my status, but that didn't happen. I'm a pretty reasonable guy but this is beyond frustrating. What gives? Am I going to miss week 2?

We signed up for home internet and were supposed to receive a free subscription to NFL Sunday ticket. I never received the sign up email and I've called Verizon 3 times now and they keep saying they've escalated the issue and I should receive the email. I just called again today and they said within 3-5 days I would receive the email. I'm now going to miss the first two weeks of the subscription due to Verizons incompetence. If this isn't resolved immediately I'm canceling my internet as well as the 4 other phone lines I have with them!

To all: I read a thread some weeks ago where someone had signed up for this promotion last football season and they couldn't ever get it to work, then YouTube automatically renewed their subscription and billed them $350! Since this promo is being run by YouTube and Google owns YouTube, I'd suggest logging into YouTube under the Google account you use to access YouTube and see if the promo is in your YouTube account somewhere, or maybe the email being mentioned by Verizon CS went into your junk/spam folder or a different email address. Also try contacting whomever it is doing support at YouTube to see if you can get a resolution. If you don't want to have to pay for next year's NFL subscription, you'll have to cancel it before the year is up or some such.

I am a new customer and have not received an email for the nfl or my $200 gift card. I purchased a new iphone 15 with unlimited ultimate and an ipad M2... why is it that i get on these forums only to find people looking for their promos/offers. I still have 15 days to return this equipment if verizon doesnt want to stick to their word on the offers. I have not received any activation email. Please someone look into this for me.

Thank you to Verizon for fixing this. I received my NFL Sunday ticket promotion email yesterday morning. It was easy to set up by just clicking the included link then log into YouTube with my Google account and the promotion is automatically applied. Special shout out to Geo for escalating this for me!

Under the Quick Links section to the right, go to Knowledge Hub and look for the article on how to redeem the NFL Sunday ticket promotion. Sometimes you just don't get an email and have to use a computer to login and look for a redemption tile to click on.
It's also possible the email went to your junk/spam folder? You need to have a Google account to access YouTube TV.
Regarding missing the preseason games, according to the article, the Sunday Ticket program will not start until September 8, 2024, which I presume is the beginning of the regular season. The preseason games currently airing are not included.
If you switched carriers, hopefully you weren't assigned some other promotion instead of the NFL one if the NFL Sunday Ticket was the one you were wanting. There is also a $200 Switcher Rebate out there and if you got assigned something else, there may not be a way to get it changed.
If you signed up at a 3rd party location and not a corporate Verizon store, there's no telling what could have happened as I've heard some nightmare stories about the "authorized resellers"...
Lastly, the NFL Sunday Ticket is on Verizon for 1 year. It will automatically renew and you will be billed for subsequent subscriptions, so if you don't want extra charges next football season, make sure you cancel it after this football season ends.
This is very discouraging as I am in the same situation. Having to contact Support every day and being told to wait 24 hours for an email. And then to read that people who get the promo code are still charged, is extremely unsettling! This sounds lije false promises. Maybe we need to reach out to the Better Business Bureau.

I would love to know if any others have had successful resolutions. I have a new Unlimited Ultimate plan and phone, but the NFL ticket tile isn’t in my account, and I don’t have an email. When I tried to resolve it through the chat, I was told I needed to pay $10/month for the play+ perk so that I could have a $15 credit to buy the NFL subscription which doesn’t sound right to me.

I have the same issue. I upgraded to Samsung s24+. I have the appropriate Ultimate plan. I have called Verizon at least 5 times regarding this issue AND an issue with the promo $ credit for the upgrade. I have spent at least 4 hours in total on phone. Each call ends with a promise of "I submitted a request that will be reviewed and should be approved since you did meet all criteria. Please allow 5 business days for the ticket to be approved and processed". This is ridiculous ! It has been more than 2 weeks now. I also keep hearing "thank you for being a loyal customer for more than 21 years". That is about to change.

To all, if you're having trouble with the NFL Sunday Ticket promo, go to Quick Links at the right and look for Knowledge Hub. Then look for the article on how to redeem the NFL promo. Sometimes you don't get an email for whatever reason. I am not sure on this, but you may also be required to have Unlimited Ultimate (Unlimited Plus may not qualify). I'm pretty sure this article also got re-posted recently in the Announcements section of the forums. Hope that helps.
[update] The article says either Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Ultimate customers would qualify, but the fine print on Verizon's website says only Unlimited Ultimate qualifies. Now I'm confused.

You guys want to add more to out bills and sell us products and services you dont intend to deliver. This is why your offering something to your customers that you dont fullfill. None of the customer service agents know about this offer and how its supposed to work. Different stories from different customers.
I have been on chat with support for weeks and they said they would contact me in 7 days but nothing. They can’t seem to figure out how to get me my activation time/email. This is such a misrepresentation from Verizon. I have spent hours and days on this yet nothing. So. Lose to canceling My service. I am highly disappointed in Verizon.

The Sunday ticket tile is not showing up on my Verizon " make the most of your plans" I spent hours over tge weekend talking to over 8 customer support people and was giving misinformation continually. I spent hours online and on the app and forums and this still isn't fixed. In fact one of th reps told me Verizon which has until December to make the offer available. I was told by 3 people this was escalated however the tile still isn't available. The Sunday ticket promo was 1 of 2 reasons I switched after being an AT&T customer for 30 years. If this is not resolved there is no reason for me to stay with Verizon. If this is the expected service I would rather take the loss and go back to at&t

I recently received the promo offer for Sunday Ticket after upgrading my phone however after attempting to claim the offer, but ending in a loop between the Verizon homepage and log into Google. YoutubeTV is still pushing me to sign up for Sunday Ticket and on my Verizon account it states "Account Enrolled" with no options to manage. Is there any way to see what account is enrolled? I only have one gmail account and one YoutubeTV account.

I've tried the MyVerizon app and the website and am the only account manager/authorized user on the account.
For the MyVerizon app from my phone, if I click on the link for Sunday Ticket, a pop up appears asking for me to sign in to google. When I click that, it opens a browser asking me to sign in with my user ID or verizon number. Then asks to send a notification and I approve sign in, it then takes me back to the MyVerizon App home page where I can again click on the link for Sunday Ticket. This process repeats.
For the website, I'll scroll down to make the most of your plans, click on the Sunday Ticket link to a pop up to sign in with google, I'll choose my google/YoutubeTV account, and it takes me back to my account overview homepage. I only have one google account.
I've disabled my ad blocker, switched to incognito mode, switched from Chrome to Edge browser with no luck. Same process.
If I go to Account->Services & perks overview it says that I have the Sunday ticket to manage but it doesn't allow any access.

Same issue here. I upgraded 2 lines over a month ago and no email. I have chatted with at least 4 agent and still no resolution. There is absolutely no reason they cant fix over chat if they see you meet the criteria. This is ridiculous.
I have had this same issue and I called the customer service line and they stated it would be resolved in 4-5 days and I’m going on a week and it’s still not fixed.
The Sunday ticket tile was not showing up on my Verizon " make the most of your plans. I had an escalation ticket created, and was told that an error occurred stating that I did not qualify...but that it would be corrected, as I clear did qualify for the promo. I never did receive the tile, but it was automatically added to my services and perks part of my account, stated "account enrolled". A manage button does not exist, I received no email, and it is not linked to my Google Account. I've talked to 3 different reps, and they have kept putting in escalation tickets, but nothing has been resolved yet. I was told today to expect an email in 5-7 days...but unfortunately, Football season starts this weekend!
The Sunday ticket promo was 1 of 2 reasons I switched after being a T-mobile customer. If this is not resolved there is no reason for me to stay with Verizon. If this is the expected service I would rather take the loss and go back to T-mobile, or somewhere more affordable like Spectrum.

I have spent about 6 hours and have contacted over 6 people regarding this issue and no one is able to help me. I took advantage of the NFL Sunday ticket promotion by upgrading my phone and switching to a better plan. I followed all qualifications for the Sunday ticket and the sales person even assured me I would qualify. It’s been over 30 days and I have not received any redemption email or any active tile on my account page.
Is anyone else having this problem? What number can I call or who can I chat with to get this resolved? I spent a lot of money to get this and the season starts Thursday but I’ll need the activation by Sunday.
Every chat, phone call, etc. just seems to connect me with a very friendly but general agent who has no idea what is going on and aren’t able to escalate this further.

I'm having issues as well. I upgraded my phone and received the Sunday Ticket offer. Soon after arriving home I received the email for the promotion, clicked in the redeem icon and it took me to my Verizon where the offer was posted. I clicked on it and began the process. After a few clicks I received an error message stating unable to complete at this time. Wasn't able to proceed any further and the redemption icon was gone. I've been on numerous texts with support for hours and all assured me they would take care of it. Each time I was told that I redeemed the offer and told they would resolve my issue but it was never taken care of. My account shows I am enrolled but I'm not seeing the Sunday Ticket on my YouTubeTV account. In fact I don't know how I would since I was never given the chance to connect the offer with my Google account due to my redemption process was interrupted. I sure could use some assistance in this matter.

I have not received my NFL Sunday ticket that I was told by 3 different agents that I do quality for. I’ve been on the phone and in a chat, bit I still have yet to receive it. The last agent I talked to said yes I qualify, but the form was not submitted and would take 5-6 days to process. My initial upgrade was done over a month ago. This run around that I’m getting from Verizon agents is wrong and aVerizon has yet to make it right. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 20 years so I am hoping they make this right.

I can now sign in away from home wifi. I was told visit Verizon store for help. The games start this weekend, so hopefully someone will respond and correct these mishaps.

Good day all, I've hit a wall with my problem. On Sept 1, I got a new account, phone, and plan that qualified for the NFL Sunday Ticket promotion. I was told by the sales associate that I would get this promotion but as of yet, I have never received the redemption email or the "tile" to redeem in my My Verizon account. It says that my account is enrolled but I never received anything to be able to redeem it.

I have the same issue spent hours on the phone and no one at verizon seems to have a clue whats going on. On top of the the verizon 5g internet service that i got is garbage do its a double loss for me.
I recently purchased a qualifying phone and upgraded to one of the new plus plans to meet the requirements to get a free season of NFL Sunday Ticket. I've spoken to 5 or 6 different agents through chat on the website over the past 7 days. All have told me that I qualify and that I will be getting the perk, but then they all disconnect from chat and I never get a resolution to the problem. The NFL season starts this weekend and I still have not been able to receive the promo that I was promised when I signed up. I would either like to get the perk that I was promised or receive a refund for the cost of NFL Sunday Ticket so that I can purchase it elsewhere. I'm incredibly tired of getting the run-around from these "agents". I've been a customer with Verizon for over 17 years and I've never been treated this rudely. I'm on the verge of returning my phone, cancelling my plan and moving on to one of your competitors.

Well, it is well over 30 days now and the new season begins tomorrow, and nothing has shown up. First, I was told the 5th or 6th. Then I was told Monday or Tuesday next week (AFTER season begins). I received the email to register and it didn't work. Since then I have called several times and tried and tried to get this promotion to work. It been 11 hours on the phone and chatting and nothing!!! Any help on how to watch the games tomorrow? This is the main reason we added a new phone. Im so disappointed in the customer service. Hi Peter! We were not able to use the email but after hours with customer service this finally appeared. But we still can't access or mange the account.
We are not enrolled and haven't been able to set it up with our email etc.
To any customers out there who may be experiencing the same or similar isses. I just got off the phone with a verizon agent where I was told that they will not send the email to redeem Sunday Ticket until 60 days after the activation of the phone, so for anyone getting this promotion, be aware that the season will be half over before you can actually watch games. You should also know that the same agent told me that If they give me a $350 credit on my account (the equivalent value of the Sunday Ticket Subscription, that I would be on the hook for the entire purchase price of the phone (up front). At that point, I told them as a 17 year customer that I am leaving. I'm not dealing with this kind of ridiculously poor customer service.

verizon you have been zero help. The NFL Sunday ticket shows under perks but no manage button. Several tickets, some escalated. Guess what...still not working. Your techs and customer service reps don't know how to fix the problem.

Same here and nothing. I been a customer for 15 years but my 30 days not up for new phones. I told them if I dont hear anything by tomorrow im going to ATT.
Same issue here. I was told to wait another week (rep just didn't have a clue how to help and wanted to be done with it). My services were activated on 8/28. Tried to get Sunday Ticket working this Sunday before kickoff, but obviously got nowhere. Back to where I started, two weeks later.
I don’t know if this helps, but you have to have YoutTubeTV in order to access Sunday ticket. Sunday ticket is an add on to YouTubeTV, so you have to pay for the subscription and then Verizon gives you access to Sunday ticket after you’re apart of the subscription. Hope this helps.
I have the same problem. Upgraded my phone and my plan in early August but still no ticket. Wondering if it’s ever going to happen now that the NFL season has started.
I've been trying to get assistance on this as well. Already called several times and had chats with representatives. All they tell me is that it has been "escalted". We better get a refund or a prorated amount credited to our account since we have not been able to use NFL Sunday Ticket. We were supposed to receive the activation email around August 18th.
This is what is happening to me, did you ever get it fixed?

You are Stunned? I am STUNNED at how many hours I have spent on the phone and in chats with Verizon about this issue. Still with no resolution your updates on what Verizon is doing to fix this issue. On 9/6 a rep sent me a text that a ‘Fallout Form’ had been sent. It’s been 10’days and I haven’t heard anything. Look at your logs and see how many people are having this same issue!

I have called multiple times about it, have gotten the escalation ticket answer 3 diffrent times, and still nothing to be done. The last agent tried telling me that our new plan wasnt eligible, but they were the ones who didnt change the plan! I only upgraded the phone so we could get Sunday ticket. But im seeing that alot of people are having issues. They can't fix the sunday ticket issue, but anytime there is a payment issue, that gets fixed right away. 100% will be switching to a different service unless things are made right, which at this point, probably wont be. Worst customer service ever!!!
I know I would share your concern if I had a ticket lifted for the same issue 3 times and didn't have a resolution, Showmedachedda. You mentioned that you've had a few different answers as to your eligibility, and I'd like to take a fresh look into this, and make sure nothing was missed. Additionally, I can review those esclation tickets to see what response we received from them as well. I'll need account access to assist with this. We to are waiting for our activation email. I was told on September 6 that is was being escalated and I would have it in a week. That was obviously not true since it is now September 25. A straight answer and real help would be appreciated. I have wasted several hours with customer support at this point.
Did you return it. They made me phone esim so it's going to be hard to get my old phone active if I leave
