My wife called to check about a phone line we have on our plan. During the AI prompts the ai took that as a perfect time to pay off a cell phone and took over 300$ extra out of my personal account. Without authorization, right after I paid this months phone bill. This has been happening for about 6 months. I go to pay a bill. And the company takes more than what was approved. This month it was 555$. Last month the it was 80$. I’d like to know why you have an ai handling payments at all.
