Verizon Customer Service Contacts

My Galaxy S22 Ultra does not show the preloaded Verizon CS contacts (# entries), yet every time I send a message, these contacts show up at the top of the list. This is very annoying.

There is no way to rename them to start with a "ZZZ" since they are not listed in the cotacts list.

Please help with this very annoying issue.

Hello, RW70. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Help is here. Just to be clear, are you referencing the Verizon entries such as #PMT, #DATA, etc.? If yes, this is by design as these entries are not preloaded. Please clarify.
