I live in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. The signal is awful. Two bars at home, which goes to no bars when I walk a few blocks from my home. Can this be addressed? I am very close to switching carrier.
There are several reasons why dead zones occur, and it can happen anywhere with any carrier. If your service is good elsewhere and only bad at home and the surrounding blocks around your home, you could invest in a signal booster or a Verizon network extender, or use Wi-Fi while at home. But if it's awful everywhere you go, time to port.
