Trade in issue

I initially started an order online, but due to some issues had to go into the store to start service. Online we were told $800/ device we are trading in (5 PHONES!!) and getting 5 brand new lines. We are only being credited $400/line which is making the bill substantially higher. It is making me question if I should just pay the restocking fee and go back to at&t.
