For the last two days, I have only had mobile service for maybe an hour total (a few minutes at a time) out of every 12 hours.
When my service isn’t working, I can’t send messages, make calls or use any apps that require an internet connection.
This has happened at least 5 or 6 times in the last 6 months, lasting from one or two days, or up to a week at a time.
I pay for the unlimited plan on two devices, and it happens on both devices simultaneously. Getting home internet where we live isn’t really an option at the moment. So when this is happening, I literally have no way to connect to verizon to get help. I’ll be lucky if this will even post.
it’s getting rather irritating that I pay for a month of service, but only get three weeks. I’d like to know what exactly is going on to cause this. If it can’t be fixed, I’ll have to change providers.
