I got "upgraded" about 3 months ago from the old boxes( a tech fixing someone elses cable pulled mine out) to the new everything is streaming garbage. I have not had 2 days straoght of continuous uninterrupted service. I have to reboot, restart atleast 20 times an hour . It gets to the point where i turn the TV off. I've had 2 techsin to fix the problem . Wasted 2 Saturdays and had to fight with a manager to get a $70 credit. Yesterday i called customer service she tried to sell me more Verizon products...transferred ne to some non english speaking woman who i could not understand who transferred me to some tech who laughed when i explained the problem. I don't want to go back to Optimum i fought with everyday and football season is coming and i don't want to watch the games if they're going to be cut off everyday.. The customer service people and the techs are incompetent .
