Greetings. Can someone share with me how to stop verizon from asking me to rate every show I watch and make suggestions on things to watch? It's annoying.
I have Fios
Thanks

Ah, that's the menu from a Fios + box, not a 4100 series as I had assumed. You are correct, there is no option for that in the newer box yet. Hopefully there will be a firmware update that will return the choice function.

Go here and disable promotions:
Main Menu > Settings > Notifications > Promotions
Thanks for the response. They are annoying and if the update does not come soon, it will no longer be an issue as I will find another provider, yes, it is that annoying. I have VZ a few years ago, moved away and then moved back. My previous VZ was the "older" STB's and DVR and I found it to be pretty much flawless for my needs. This new streaming setup has a lot to be desired when it come to reliability and usability. If I had a chance to get the "old" system installed, I would do it in a heartbeat. Thanks again for your time and response.
