For 3 days in a row, I've been on the phone, in the Verizon store and on chat and NOBODY has been able to unlink my old disconnected FIOS account from my current Mobile account, so that I can add my New FIOS account.
I was transferred to so many different agents and departments. I don't understand why it is so difficult for someone to remove an inactive FIOS account or even to disable my One Verizon ID, so that I can link my old mobile account to my new fios account.
Since the account is closed, JUST REMOVE IT!!! ALL of the agents act as if they do not understand what I am asking them to do. I provided them both addresses, both User IDs and explained in detail what I need done and no one understands.
On agent in the store said that he added my Mobile & FIOS discount and it's still not showing. I've been a customer for over 20 years and can't believe the poor customer service that I've been receiving lately. My new account still says DISABLED and my old account still says ENABLED.
