Why don't I have any cell service in my house anymore. I have been in the house for over 3 years. All of the sudden I dont have any service in my house anymore. I have made multiple calls to tech support, I even replaced my new phone because I was told that was the issue. There are other people that have verizon service and when they come to house they have the same issue. So I know its not the phone. I was also told that there is nothing wrong with the towers in the area. I have been a customer with verizon for a very long time. I am very disappointed in the support that I have got in trying to resolve this issue. I am to the point that I am going to go to another carrier if this problem isn't resolved soon.
