My order never went throw and showed my order was cancelled but the money never went back on my card!!
We definitely want to make sure that all your concerns are clarified. It's important to mention that although a refund is processed immediately, it can take 5-7 business days for it to be reflected on your financial institution. How long as it passed since the order was cancelled?
