Can't find $200 Rebate

I am trying to find out how to redeem my $200 gift card from my most recent purchase. I did not get a redemption code, and the link on the receipt that says, "Redeem by Oct 12, 2024 at m.vzw.com/rebatenotification" shows "You don't have any notifications at this moment." I'd like to find a solution to this, as it has been frustrating looking for any for multiple days now.

I have the same question. I just completed a purchase and was provided a $200 gift card but no code and was told to go to orders>rebate, but there is no rebate option. How do I access the gift card/rebate?

I know this thread is over a year old but for anyone still needing an answer.. click the link customer service provided in his answer and look below where it asks for a promo code for the far left bigger red circle. When you click on it you can search your rebate info by using the tracking number provided in the email Verizon sent within a few days of your purchase. Looks like it’ll take about a month to validate. I purchased 4/1/25 and it should be available 5/6/25.

I’m having the same issue. I thought there was supposed to be a 200$ Amazon card and 200$ Verizon card. On my receipt it shows both but I only got a rebate notification about one of them and I also can’t access my nfl Sunday ticket. Idk what’s going on.

I’m completely disappointed. Why are so many people having the same question/issues? I thought there were to be at least two rebates on the 4 new lines I opened but my receipt only shows one. And for that one I have not received my ecard (which is what the AI says to look for) and additionally, I was told and expected for all activation fees to be waived but only 2 were. I’m disappointed in the service and wishing I had just stayed where was at for more than five years . I could really use that rebate to put toward my first bill since there are unexpected fees and additional charges on my first bill.

I tried to follow what the other commenters were saying but where is the tracking number found? When I tried to input my info like name and email the result said “not found” so what’s going on?
