For the past year Verizon’s reception has gotten worse and worse. We lose reception in all different areas in Maryland. We have no reception in our house anymore, sometimes the service goes to SOS. In order to make a phone call we have to go to the top floor to get reception. We have to constantly turn our phones off and back on to get off of the SOS that it likes to switch to. The service has just gone down hill and with such high prices for service it’s extremely disappointing and extremely frustrating. I am not sure what’s changed but service is horrible!
