We recently got the new Fios box and it has been awful. It's constantly glitchy and yesterday and just stopped working altogether. It is amazing to me how bad this experience has been. The chat bots are completely unhelpful and the call back option keeps hanging up on me. I actually want to keep my cable but am ready to just cut the cord if this is not resolved immediately. I want someone to come out and either fix it, or take the box back so I can move on.
