Victra Is the worst. I went there after my phone was stolen at work And honestly I would have rather dealt with the police Then the representatives There. Above the big Verizon sign they should just put a banner that says don't care. Then you know what to expect. I watched a retired CEO who had a 2:00 appointment and an offer card Be waited on at 220. He didn't have his phone To receive a text to verify his identity So he left never to return. I Called the number On the VICTRA invoice to ask a few questions And was on hold for 18 minutes Only have the call Disconnect because it said I wasn't a verizon customer. It took me 2 hours to return the phone I had gotten fromVictra. I had to go to the sugar house location where it took 3 1⁄2 hours to get a new phone. I've been a Verizon customer for over 25 years And if I could have Switched to another carrier I would have.
