help with verizon bypass activation

On the 2023 model, when I press start and then it brings me to the phone activation I want to skip the sim card part, the only option it gives me is a emergency call button, I do not want to use the sim card or other sim card, I just want to use this phone on wi-fi, to search things up and download games, can someone help

Don't quote me, but I heard you can't get past the activation thing if the phone was factory reset.

Hello, Fatsanta333. Thank you for this question. When a device is set up for a particular wireless provider, in this case, Verizon, you cannot bypass activation via the SIM Card. It is designed to only activate on the network it was intended for. I do hope this helps as you cannot bypass activation via the SIM Card.

Strange, I setup my new phone without the SIM card installed or setup over Wi-Fi so I bypassed the SIM card setup for that.

I didn't officially activate it until four days later.
